Corporate website make over

HI, I want a corporate website to replace www.becbiofuel.com. The basic concept is the same, but it needs life, some better graphics and animation. A membership area and place for people to post messages and or inquire about information. I would like to have a mailing list of people who want to sign up and access downloads and a simple BB system. I would also like to have a pricing page that can be updated when needed via a back end entrance.
