Cpa lead site modification

Looking to add a few simple updates to my website. In the admin panel I want a simple way to view all users by pulling the list from the mysql file. On the website I need a css cpa lead widget skin made. Redeem feature that subtracts points automatically from a user when they redeem a prize, and shows a pending prize request in the admin panel.
