Create Autoresponder Optin Page/Text

Hello Freelancer, i need somebody who can do the following thing: 1. I need three beautiful html template Pages for my Autoresponder Optin Messages: - Page after user opt in (this page directly comes up when user subscribed to my newsletter) - Success Page (this page comes up after user clicked on the confirmation link he got in the email) - Opt Out Page (this page comes up after user unsubscribed from my newsletter) 2. after that i need also the text for the email messages for the verification email the templates should contain: - Logo - Headline - some cool looking graphics - text for how to put email adress to the whitelist for the most used programms like outlook, googlemail etc. good luck
