Creative & Beautiful Wireframe Required

I am absolutely overwhelmed with work at the present time, and as such am looking for a creative individual who has a keen eye for design and color to create for me a wireframe / mockup in .psd format of a personal weblog. I have a fairly clear idea of what I have in mind, and will discuss this with people who have demonstrate the necessary skills and creativity. Required Skills - Highly skilled in Photoshop - Awareness of weblogs and weblog design - Strong graphic and creative skills. - Fluent English speaker You have submit either a)A strong portfolio of work clearly demomstrating superb photoshop and graphical skills.
