Custom HTML Template Page Wanted

I need a one page HTML template created for my online auctions. The page should project a professional image and take into consideration that it will be viewed by people with varying speeds for their internet connections raging from super fast T1 lines to slow dial up. The page should be pleasing to the eye and use adverting strategies to help increase sales. I will be able to provide what I currently use and samples of other HTML pages that project the image that I am trying to create. The page will need to combine text, graphics and hosted images. It will also have links to other pages. Please take into consideration that I will need to change the description and image for each listing. Everything else in the template would basically stay the same. I know the basics of using HTML editors to change text and hosted pictures. I will need two other pages created. These two other pages will have the same graphical layout as the first template you create. This will help to create a branded image. For now, I would like to start with the first HTML template.
