Custom Registration Solutions for Charity Website

There is a charity site I have already registered and started a basic layout, a default theme and a few plugins. On this site we would need the following functions: -A very visually appealing theme that supports mobile site viewing. -Multiple mailing list management -Registration of multiple students by teachers who also need to register and manage these lists** ** This is the most important function of the site and one that may or may not be able to be facilitated through preexisting plugins or edits through the WP administration panel. There could be about fifty groups of students from different areas/schools that need to be registered through the site. The one reason they need to be registered, to recieve info on upcoming events, is simple and could most likely be done through a simple mailing list plug in. The more important reason is so the teachers can sign into the site and register the students with these functions: a) A school specific code to be sent out to each teacher representing that particular school could login to the site and register that schools students b) Teachers need to login and register thier Student name and a check box for permission slip signed. c) Main function of the indivual school registration is so the site administrators have a record of WHICH school the teacher would have registered the student(s) in case of non-registration the site administrators would have the ability to know which school(s) have no registered yet. I am prepared to do some of the basic setting up of the site but I feel we would need a premium theme to make the site stand out and I would like to know if you have setup a site or registration like this on wordpress before.
