Customized website with Wordpress

Dear all, Project: building a French website with Wordpress, on a particular thematic, following the attached specification. Main requirements: - Almost everything is described in the attached document. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE BIDDING. - SEO needed (no blackhat please, only wordpress configuration). - No copyrighted materials (graphics, plugins, etc.). if you need to buy material such as plugins, let me know. - A full capacity to share on major decisions. Do not take any decision if you are not sure, drop me an email instead to share your concern. - Some elements may require some coding skills, but this is only for small parts. - Major importance to the design and presentation of the website. Tools: - You can develop directly on a hosted platform, I will provide login and password. - My full support, I am available and I will answer quickly to any question. - Translations from english to french, I will be available too (specifications are in english, traduced in French for essential elements). What would I appreciate: - Professionalism and sharing. - Good design while complying with specifications. - Trust to each other and confidence.
