Design Join a Team

I am looking for a designer (vbrush, photoshop specialist) this is not a one time job, I am looking for a designer who would like a share (equity) in a MMORPG. The game is a text based game, however apart from us outsourcing projects to certain freelancers; we are looking for someone to join our team who would be dedicated to making the game work. We currently have a team of 4 developers and me. This is a NON paid position. However you will have share in the websites equity, for every subscription we sell you will make $1, we have all of the information and sources in place in order to generate a nice income of around $100 a month. This won’t stop for you though, even after you have done the designing you can participate in other roles such as administration or website promotion, which ever you prefer. You could even sit up and chill until we start thinking about other versions, if that’s the case you will keep receiving the $1 per subscription every month continuously for years to come.

1: You must like online games

2: Must be willing to work as part of a team

3: Individual designers only (companies will be ignored e.g. we can offer you blah blah)

4: Remember at the start this is unpaid however you will receive more than the cost of the design of certain features.
