Design & Format WebPage

This is a super easy project. I have attached a word document with some images. I have also attached my old html template with similar content. I want this new word content replacing the content in the html template but do not change the title, decription or keywords. Your job is then make the html template look appealing to my visitors when they land on my website page. Then I want you to send this html template back to me with a separate folder for the images and support files so I simply upload it to my ftp website. 1. I want the text and images nicely formatted 2. I want the headlines and subheadings looking nice and catchy (don't go over the top) 3. The images need to be nice and clean and flow with the content and nicely placed on the webpage. 4. I want something clean looking 5. If you think more images will look good add them in to illustrate the content. 6. Use your imagination and design skills. That is what I am looking for. As you know people on the web only scan webpages and I want this page visually appealing. When bidding please note if the job is done well I have more pages and a lot more work for you so take this in to consideration when bidding. This is not just a one time project this is more work to come and a future business partnership.
