Hello, I am looking for a web designer that will: 1) Provide a critical review of a website page content mock-up (see attachment) 2) Design and port the content to HTML / CSS so that I can port the final product to MODx and create a template. As the mock-up suggests, only the area surrounded in red needs to be designed and not the entire web page. Designer cannot use any inline or embedded CSS. Once the contract is awarded I will direct the designer the my current website and if required, will provided original website template. Thanks.
