Needed is a PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL (NO COMPANIES THIS TIME PLEASE), to either make up their own directories/classifieds/or new creative listings sites from scratch or through the use of a very sophisticated script which will be ultimately changed and modified. TOS and Privacy policy pages to be written. Main idea page to be written as well. SEO friendly links. Themed/not themed. Blog integration and possibility of writing it constantly. Link building through excellent related sites and no junk sites or link farms, and nice webdesign and graphic skills. If you are bidding please write up what you will do in brief and if you're scripting mention the name (I know them all mostly). Basically, let me know your game plan so I can know who to choose.
