a MARVELOUS website!

I need a fairly simple website up and running by Thursday after noon( may 5, 2011 at 2 pm my local time ) . I know exacly what I want so you don't need to come up with any ideas, but you will need to know how to do flash/ animation and make an orginal background( based on what I want) NO TEMPLATES! I want an orginal one of a kind website. The website will have a background image, then content boxes on top of it and over laying the content boxes will be vines dangling around the sides and top of the page and content boxes. I WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO FILL IN THE CONTENT BOXES MYSELF AFTER YOU DESIGN IT ALL :-) The background image will be a jungle theme.... very bright, lots of colors, kid friendly. around the content boxes I want cute ants continuously walking along the sides and top of the content boxes. Additionally I will need an anteater chartacter to pop his head out randomly in different spots on the page and stick his tounge out each time he pops up and then he disappears and pops up a few second later somewhere else and does it again and then the cycle repeats again. I already have a base anteater sketch for you to use for the site. This site is going to be aimed at kids age to 9 and needs to be bright( but not neon) and colorful and fun and super cute! not aimed at boys or girls... needs to be gender nuetral :-) Let me see some samples of you work preferably the ants walking around the boex and the anteater randomly showing up and let me know your price and make sure you can deliver a finish publishable web page by thursday afternoon :-)
