Accommodation site booking form with integrated calandar

I want to add a functional calandar / booking form or engine for an accommodation site built completely in Business Catalyst (BC). It should replicate the major accommodation booking engines, except it will be dedicated to a single accommodation site. At the front end the potential guest needs to see which night are available, room rates etc, then to book their desired nights, on booking those dates will change to SOLD and become inactive. At the back end the site owner needs to be able to set rates, block out nights etc. Preferably the calandar needs to be able to update availability on 3rd party booking sites like "whatif". As payment for accommodation will be via the BC ecommerce module, the booking calender needs to work seamlessly with this module.
The finished project needs to be delivered as a "bolt on" module, so that it can be integrated into other BC accommodation sites as we develop them.
