Automatically Add Ebay Products Via Feeds

Hello. I currently have an ebay shop, and want to add quite a large number of products. The company who I am getting the products from have a product feed. I want the products to be automatically be added to my ebay store when they are added to the product feed. I need to be able to alter the prices and text on the products. The feed stock is updated every 5 mins, so when a product is put out of stock, it needs to take it out of stock on ebay. I need to also be able to have my own other products on ebay. Needs to look good. I have two suppliers with different feeds, that I need to add all of the products from. Once this is up and running I will have another few projects, if the work is done well. The first being adding extra suppliers, and products, then auto populating a spreadsheet with products, so that I can just upload everything to Amazon, and then in the end a fully functioning website.
