Build an Online Store based on Wordpress and have Affiliate system

Our project is very simple. The theme will be similar [login to view URL] And must have some functions as below: 1/ Allowed customers register account and have two option sign up. One is Artist and One is Affiliate. With an artist account and they can upload their artwork into their account. Every artwork has a unique id to link with affiliate system. Every affiliate must have a unique id for tracking. Link affiliate will be set by following structure as below [login to view URL] These artworks must manually be approved by admin. Admin can be approved/rejected /denied. Artwork must have follow formats such as png, pdf, JPEG, bmp and 2000x3000 pixel 2/ Admin will be creating a new T-shirt product with approved artwork. Every product must have a unique id for link with affiliate system. Admin when creating new product will be chosen artwork related to this product. 3/ Commission will be set by the admin for Artist and Affiliate. The commission structure is percent of the retail price plus shipping fee. Every item sold, artist and affiliate will be having their commission. After reaching minimum payout, admin will be processed for them by PayPal. 4/ when a buyer buying product, admin will be provided to them the tracking number when shipped. 5/ In the shopping cart, we just use two shipping options. One for Domestic U.S and International, please give us the function to input shipping fee 6 / Affiliate system will linked artist id and product id with customer id to calculate commissions. Every affiliate link will be tracked IP, cookies, or use pixel to tracking and must have expired time is 60 days.
