I need a developer who is an expert at Magento or Endeca, or some other "comparable" CMS to categorize my products, upgrade my images and CSV, and load everything to my target site & make available to the public.

I need a developer who is willing to work on 10% commission.

This is NOT an hourly or one time fee for service project. If monthly listing generateS a profit you will be paid 10% of the total margins generated.

As a busy US business owner my job is to manage sales and owner issues, not IT related issues & tasks, so I need a partner who is an expert & willing to keep up with this job duty as a a viable daily function, and not get behind in their work. Get it?

I prefer a small developer who can get things done, not a big company where you get lost in the crowd!

If you can't follow these guidelines or write clear English, do not apply for this job please.

This is a great opportunity for a struggling developer looking "to work" in these hard economic times, so don't squander it!

Developer duties will include:

1. You must host and maintain my domaion on your own server with your own resources.

2. You must do all work including bulk uploading my products, categorize my products, and update product descriptions when needed, and it will be needed.

3. Take a moment to review the raw data on the links below to review project.

4. You must bulk upload my water products and show me what the sample site template will look like with products, and have it ready for review within 5 hours of applying for this job. I dont care if the sample has all the categories in place but I want to see how the products lay out on the homepage. The homepage better have lots of products on it too! I want the customer to say wow, this business carries alot of products! Here is a sample I want our site to look like: [url removed, login to view]

5. You must write an essay telling me why I can trust you as a developer! (past experience, satisfied customers, etc) And make it good!

6. Must not have any bad review from clients. I hate that!

If you can't follow these guidelines, or write clear English, do not apply for this job please, and do not ignore my requirements by sending me a high bid on the page-this is not a fixed price project! ;-)

Also, I prefer to work with Indian developers because they are smarter, get the job done quicker, and work cheaper than other countries which is good for my bottom line as a business owner! ;-)
