Code breaking when we Save and try to Edit Product in Open Cart.

We need someone that is available right now to fix a quick glitch in our OpenCart. You must be available immediately. The glitch occurs when we edit a product then go back to edit later we get the following error. Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: Unable to save result set in /home/eleafus/public_html/system/database/[login to view URL] on line 22Notice: Error: Subquery returns more than 1 row Error No: 1242 SELECT DISTINCT *, (SELECT keyword FROM url_alias WHERE query = 'product_id=69') AS keyword FROM product p LEFT JOIN product_description pd ON (p.product_id = pd.product_id) WHERE p.product_id = '69' AND pd.language_id = '1' in /home/eleafus/public_html/system/database/[login to view URL] on line 50 We believe it's an extension that didn't install properly. Once we updated version to 1.5.6.4 the code started breaking. But it might be something completely different.
