Completion and design of Magento e-commerce - repost

Hello! I am looking for a skilled and talented programmer and designer who specializes in Magento e-commerce platform. We have an existing website that is partially built with Magento and who are not quite ready. Your task is to complete it with some changes in the design, mobile fitting, validation of all source code and search engine optimization, implementation of payment solution for credit cards and more. I would rather not hire you if you belong to a large company, but prefer personal contact and where we can chat over Skype or similar during the project. The entire project must be completed in 2 to 3 weeks.
