I have purchased the following responsive website template... [login to view URL] ... which is also attached as a zip I would like the template to be altered so the dark blue menu bar at the top (which contains the logo and navigation buttons) becomes 'Sticky' and remains fixed at the top of the page on all platforms - PC, Tablet and Smartphone.
