Building Magento webshop + transfer customers from Joomla to Magento

I am looking for a company who as (proven) experience with Magento. This is the list of known tasks. If any things will be added I will discuss this soon as possible. Installation template Template from English to Dutch (will be translated for you) Transfer text and images Add like button Multisafepay plugin Kiyoh plugin Paypal plugin Show SSL certificate on checkout page (see demo) Transfer customers from Joomla to Magento (about 10.000 accounts) Multiple CSV/XML/Feed files need to be loaded per category Shipping costs whole assortment is €6,50 Activate newsletter in the template. (only send to those people who already have signed on in Joomla) Small changes in the template: - Change colors - Remove Live support - Replace Discover with Ideal on the bottom right - Add Mistercash, giropay and sofort at the bottom right - Currency only EURO - Languages NL and EN - Footer headings as on the current website - Right bottom at the place of Company info the Koyoh plugin needs to be added - Remove Pinterest and Youtube logo - Default welcome message right on the top: Welkom op ...... met meer dan 200.000 producten! (EN: Welcome on ...... with more as 200.000 products!) - At the top in the colored bar should be de product categories and it will be a mega menu. On mouse-over it folds open and the sub-categories will be shown. Demo: [login to view URL] Provisional the webshop should be as the demo: - Mega menu - If clicking op category the sub categories on the right - When clicking on sub category the products will be shown - Standard 30 products are shown. - Product filter should stay. I think it will be connected to the assortment automatically As far I can think of, that's it! I am a developer myself and have experience with Magento. I am looking for serious quality. Please do not bid if you are looking for a quick win. The budget is discussable as long it is a fair deal. Please let me know (any advice, findings, ideas).
