Design and do Development on an, "Export Website"

This will be on Exports Website, where customers from around the Globe, will be able to go to my website and place on order of any product on my website. The customers from around the Globe will be able to see a list of Products on the cover page to the left side of the website. When a customer clicks on each Product, they will be able to see a list of Sub-products to choose from. Each sub-product will have a listed price or current market price from the listed manufacture or store selling the sub-product. When the client make a payment for a product on my website, it will go to my Paypal account, then I will take the client payment from my Paypal account and purchase the product for the client, then ship the product to the client address, a shipping address provided by the client on my website for a fee. The total payment the client will make for the product will (1) Listed price for the product. (2) Tax (3) Shipping cost by Fedex, UPS or DHL per pound. (4) 15% of listed product, (My fee to purchase and ship the goods to the client address. The shopping check will calculated the weight of the Product per Lb. to give an accurate charge for the shipping cost. The total payment in the shopping check out cart will go to my PayPal account. After the customer place this order on my website and make all the payments, I will get an email notifying me that a customer has place an order to my website. All customers orders and PayPal payments will go to my email address My Products for the Export Website, will come from, “Google Merchant Center” .
