Build online store for services, tutoring & small business

For technical and geographical reasons this project will consider offers only from INDIA (Dehli, Kalkotta, Mumbai, Gujarat preferably but not limited to these regions) Hello everyone, Goal is to build a "community website" where private people and professionals can offer tutorials and services We are a small start up company and are looking for either an individual or a (small or bigger)team to work with on longer term At the bottom we offer two sites that can serve as example design- and technically wise. We would like to ask for a quote (incl. time frame) for a finished product. If this project cannot be done in WordPress (+WooCommerce or similar) we would appreciate other suggestions. First step is to launch an simple and easy to understand site with the following two features: • Merchants (Or rather private people) can offer services and tutorials • Visitors can book these individually or as a group General Requirements: Site should be build in that way, that each and every person/merchant can easily register their details themselves and offer their courses directly on line. Basic features Register (With FB etc...), log in, upload some pictures etc... Write a short description of themselves and the activity Fill in dates in calendar Feature a price and be able to change it Choose a payment method and receive money Set max. number of attendants & see how the # of attendants grows (Pers. details etc) Get feedback With a combined search function (Theme and geographical) visitors/customers can find their field of interest Basic features Register (With FB etc...), log in and see their profile (Upload pic) See past activities Send inmails to merchants and book Make payments (Also as one time customer) Get feedback The admin section should of course have all the basic features needed to administrate the site. Editing, deleting accounts, inMails etc... Different payment method possibilities FAQ's and help section Email marketing !
