Design a nice layout for my blogshop on livejournal

I am a blogshop owner and I'm looking for a designer who is familiar with the layouts of livejournal. I would like to create a simple layout design that is not only user friendly for my customers, but also pleasing to the eyes of the visitors of my website. I'm also looking for a designer who could assist in designing cover pages for my collections. This include the cropping of individual photos and putting them together with the help of photoshop to make the overall collection an attractive one for customers to view.
