Bio web page and some php/mysql

My current website [login to view URL] needs some revamping! I need it to be more professional looking and at the same time more artsy yet keep it very simple. I also want a dynamic page where I can post blogs. The blog must be very simple and elegant. No fancy options all over the place. I would like my "Family" page to be dynamic as well. An easy way to upload photos and put captions on them. I would like a few options for layouts before we get started on the final one. I want about "Home", "Family","Contact", "Blog", "Reading List", "Volunteer Work" and "Other" as links on main page and on all the other pages. Basically, revamp the whole thing for me and make it stand out as a professional web page with some dynamic content. Some features I may want to add and I can do that with Bonus money as we work on the page.
