auto-calculating bill of sale for email, print, or save.

i am going to post a template below of what i want the page to look like...the program can be excell based or any other simple language or format...i want a .exe with my company icon which will then open and the client business owner fills in the blanks that are necessary for their transaction...and a bill of sale is printed or emailed or saved for future viewing... with the information auto formatted on the printed or emailed receipt that has this basic info on it...i will send you a sample copy as to what the layout should be and what will autocalculate if you are interested, thanks
