Copy my content into new site

Need website re-done---- see [login to view URL] BASIC SITE ONLY ABOUT TEN PAGES - SOME CONTENT i WILL KEEP SOME i WILL CHANGE. I need the site more user friendly this one has been done using joomla - which I do not really need, I just need the user to give some basic details such as name and email address before they download the free e-book that I provide. I DO NOT need a database, just the fact that they will provide name and email address is fine, so long as this information comes to me as an email. I would like the site to have the look and feel of [login to view URL] -- I will provide pictures etc. This really is a copy and paste in new style site. I do need a page which will allow users to downloan an audio file - which I will also provide. Need to keep a lid on price initially but this will be an ongoing project for the winning bidder.
