code 4 html newsletters

I need someone to slice and code four already-designed newsletters. They are basically the same simple design, the only difference is the center part -- therefore, once you make one, the others should be very easy. I only have these in JPGs, so I will provide them as well as directions for which parts should be links, etc. It MUST work in Outlook 2003/2007, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo emails. -- YOU MUST VERIFY THIS THROUGH SCREENSHOTS AND TEST EMAILS TO EMAILS I WILL PROVIDE YOU No background images are to be used and I want a HTML table-only layout. Inline styles for elements may be used. Very simple design, lowest bidder wins. I don't have a big budget so I'm going to say around $30 should be good for this project. I need this completed ASAP -- before tonight -- I live in North America (EST) so please keep that in mind.
