Auto arabic news website

create an arabic news website that generates (itself) content automatically using a drupal module like memetracker. Please note that the news should be included inside the side and not a sample link to an external news site. The site will be including online up to date and fresh news details for each arabic country with a flag for each country, with images for each news for all categories (politics, economics, sport, technology, finance, health,..) every one who gets in will be pointed directly to the page of his country using ip adress identification. A part from design quality (wordpress like), colors and font, also the adding and rating comments for each news to be included and some other functionalities. Those other functionalities will be discussed later on. You shouldbe able to develop and test the website using your own server, after project completion i'll provide my own dediceted server to you to host the project. Please don't bid if you have no solid experience in creating news websites and especially drupal modules developement. For selecting the right programmer, An attention will be given to completion rate, reputation and proof of the ability to complete successufuly this project.
