Create company website using Wordpress Thalliumity theme

The project will be in phases. The project will be executed and paid phase by phase, but the project budget reflects the total project (all phases):
Phase 1: Web site (very little interaction): Install and adjust theme to fit design, and produce simple "how-to" documentation on how to add and modify content (new "sticky" posts, change pictures in slider etc). (Appr. 35% of project costs)
Phase 2: Integration to MailChimp and SurveyMonkey. (Appr. 15% of project costs)
Phase 3: Integration (incl. documentation) to Alfresco CMS for document management (PRIMARILY as source for customer access to documents and SECONDARILY as CMS for the web site). (Appr. 50% of project costs)
I have added a small requirements document in order to give a better idea of what is expected. Please let me know if this causes you to change your bid.
