Complex Website Development Project Urgent!!!

October 14, 2012 [PLANET X CONCEPTS, INC. – CLIENT DESIGN OUTLINE] Design Outline Project is for an insurance company. Below are links to several insurance company sites that are referenced herein that the client likes and I have pulled elements from that I would like to offer as options for our potential client. Please review the specifications below and provide me with an hour estimate or flat fee price for each of the elements listed below. Please do not provide me with a total price for all as the client may not want all of the options. Please provide separate hour estimates or flat fee prices for each element. Let’s quote on approximately 10 key landing pages + home page and then 25 subpages. This number may change but it’s a ballpark. Specifications: 1. Make sure the website is centered and expands with the page size resolution (i.e. 800px or 1024px…) instead of an 800px site staying centered with a different color as a background on either side of the actual site to fill the page. Resize carrier logos on Company Links page to make all one uniform size without distorting the images. Possibly make the carrier logos exactly the same size and make them a rotating banner. See Brier Grieves Insurance for example. 3. Perhaps put flash animation into the homepage when one enters the site. Not a separate loading page but just animation into the opening of the homepage. See Italiano Insurance Agency for example. 4. Menu rollovers with drop-downs when rolled over. See all sites above except Solace Insurance for examples. 5. Make the whole page design change for each main sub-landing page. See Italiano Insurance for example. 6. Have a large main graphic on the homepage that rotates. See Seibert Insurance website for example. 7. Addition of Social Media widgets FB, Twitter and LinkedIn. 8. Creation of a fully administrative blog. 9. Adding a virtual agent video to the website. See Seibert Insurance Agency and Brier Grieves Insurance for examples. 10. Add a newsletter signup button (that is able to have a first name, last name and email address typed into…) This will appear on every page as part of the design, but not on the header or footer and should be on the same part of the page of each page. 11. Add a Get a Free Insurance Quote button to every page in the same spot on each page to be uniform. 12. Add a section to the website to add podcasts. 13.
