Audio to the Masses - repost

This website that i need created is a website that can handle high traffic from multiple users. It is basically a website where visitors can have accounts, listen to already existing playlists, create playlists, and invite other visitors to join their exclusive playlists. These playlists will contain audio tracks that can be voted up, or voted down to stop that audio track from being played on the users group again. The listener may also upload their own existing audio tracks onto the audio groups, thus allowing full customization to those who are in the exclusive playlist group. Also, existing playlists will be hosted for all users and contained in groups of different music genres (Classic Rock, Hip-Hop, R&B, Rap, etc.). Visitors of the site should be able to create accounts that will have their picture, favorite artists, audio groups they are a part of, and all tracks they voted up. In Summary, Features needed: -Friendly user face allowing people to navigate through their playlists quickly and easily -Multiple Playlists for genres, artists, and one huge overall playlist that anybody can add to. -Exclusive Group playlists that allow only a invited users to edit a single or multiple playlists. Adding other users to these groups should be as simple as going to their account and clicking “Add to Playlist”. -If you find a song that is not to your taste you may block that song from coming up again on any playlist in a one step process. If you feel a track is abusing the playlist with prank audio or a not to genre song, you may report it for it to potentially be removed for all users. -Users may setup their accounts with a personal page just for them, showing their group playlists, favorite artists, genres, and more. -Adding audio to a playlist is as simple as browsing your files and plucking out that audio file. -Multiple audio tracks may be added at one time, allowing a full album to be added to a playlist easily.
