BUILD A CUSTOM PRODUCT FORM FOR SHOPIFY

I am building a shop on Shopify for people to order custom stickers. I have started with a free theme.. I want to keep this shop extremely simple. There will only be a handful of products (probably 4), which are simply the way the stickers are finished and cut. I need people to be able to choose custom sticker sizes, see their price quote in real time, and then be able to upload their artwork for the stickers - or choose to send it in an email later.
