We are searching for the partner to provide the services for the new project in e-commerce. Please find below the description of this project.
It will be the online e-commerce platform, where luxury boutiques (our Partners) located in the Middle East can showcase and sell their products online. We will not carry any stock; we will only provide online space for different retailers at our platform. The platform will work in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrein and Jordan.
The business model is similar to the [login to view URL], but it will work only with boutiques in Middle East.
All the project will be completed based on Magento Community version.
What is required at this stage:
1. Website development, including the following components: customized modern design, users registration, products uploads and categorization, checkouts and payments, special offers and products, sale/new product status options, add to cart, languages and currencies, browsing the products by color, size etc, shipment tracking, coupons and discounts, SMS verification.
SEO optimization.
English and Arabic version.

2) customized Inventory Management System (IMS) software that will allow to upload products to the website by boutiques, located in different cities/countries in our region, while maintaining the control of website content in a main central location - MALL24/7 office. This intelligent system will be integrated with POS (point of sale) systems in boutiques and will autonomously update the stock on the website in case of inventory movements (sales, returns) in the stores.
IMS will serve two main functions: stock control and order management.
There will be 3 kinds of integrations with IMS that boutique (Partner) will achieve:
1. Product Creation. Partner-boutique will impute in the system all the information about each product: brand name, country of origin, material, size, barcode, item category, price etc. Then MALL24/7 team will review this, add pictures and upload all to the website.
2. Stock synchronizing, that allows the Partner to maintain accurate stock information on MALL24/7 website. Each time a stock movement is registered in the Partner system, the stock in the website should be updated.
3. Order Processing. This will reflect and regulate the operational activities once the online purchase is made (such as check stock availability, confirm payment, make packaging, create shipping label etc.)
The IMS will be integrated with some reliable payment gateway systems and with shipping provider (Aramex).
