Build an Online Store

Hello, We're a fulfillment centre company with several Magento projects in our hands. Pretty much all of the stores will look the same. We already have 3 Magento already installed and waiting for deployment. One of them is already being worked on, but it will be handled over. What we have is: 1- Sites are hosted in a Magento Platinum hosting company; 2- All sites are using version 1.9.2 for the moment. We're not using v2.x because of low offer of plugins; 3- The template chosen is Madison Island because we need the features it has included such as zoom, thumbnails and its clear design as well the catalogue. We're open to use a very similar template; 4- We're going to use very few plugins and we already know what they are. We have the intelligence for before and after magento store creation. What we need is: 1- A HIGLY skilled magento professional who knows how to work with Madison Template or similar witch we'll choose; 2- This professional will only upload content, create product catalogue, add and test plugins when needed; 3- If we like this professional skills this person can keep working for us in a continuous manner maintaining the store. or doing other related tasks; 4- As needed we might also ask for photo treatment. On our side, we'll perform: 1- Product information; 2-Product images; 3- Page content and imagery; 4- SEO and metatags; 5- Marketin; 6- We'll upload pictures to the website. Thank you, Fred
