Your main issue with creating a store is the user interface. You want to be able to manage the store with ease and have complete control over it and reporting after it is built. I highly suggest OpenCart version 2.x. It is a powerful tool and is user friendly. I can send you a Gantt chart with a proper timeline and list of stages.
