Build an Online Store website

I would like to have a T-shirt website designed and built with an online shopping cart- NO OPENCART! I don't know much about using themes or using cart software so I would like something that is very simple to change products and manage inventory. The shopping cart can be through paypal. The site would be a few pages, home, contact, faq about, etc, and a shop that would contain a few pages of inventory. please include with your bid a description of how you will design my site, feel free to use example sites. Also, I would prefer someone who could do seo or social marketing for the site (creating a facebook or advertising there, etc)
