Build a Website

I have no idea for a budget on finishing this site, and until you see it, you will not have any idea of what is needed. Please feel free to leave me a fair bid of what you believe it will cost to finish this website. I have an in progress wordpress site that the original developer is no longer able to work on. Since the original design scheme is over a year old now, perhaps it is time for a little visual updating, but the basic tour cruise informational workings of the site are good. HOWEVER, the site payment system doesn't work. Originally planned for clients to book a tour paying cash or using paypal, notifying them and us of their separate payment type, it just does not do this. There is some malfunction of the email notification system. Information from clients on their tour/cruise is supposed to be collected for us with a plug in called Contact 7. Additionally, terminology and content on the form and corresponding pages elsewhere on the site have errors. We need a better form and payment system and will be taking credit cards beginning with this new site. People may still choose to pay cash by sending a check or direct deposit. PARTS of the original job, like the addition of an Amazon affiliate store page which complimented the design theme as well as a site where I could sign up affiliates have not been done. We also would like an opt-in form. The site was also supposed to be mobile...as far as I can tell on iPhone/iPad, it is not. There is a test site at [login to view URL], understand that this is only a test site, images in the slider are there just to see how the slider functions....they are not set which we will do. I need someone who is competent in payment systems, particularly in creating a registration page where by one can choose to pay with cash, with PayPal or Credit Card. I like the payment information collected at [login to view URL], but would add some additional required content as well. Please send examples of your work with your response.
