In this process first of all, client gives application to project manager in hard form. Project manager scans the hardcopy of application in images form and add those images in the web application. After that project manager assign those applications to employees. As soon as the application are assigned by the project manager, an application alert is send on employee web application account and on app installed on mobile phone informing that an application has been assigned to him by the project manager. When any application is completed by an employee, he can update his status by telling that application has been completed. Project manager can give his feedback by rating on status of employee if that application is completed before [login to view URL] application is not completed before deadline, then deadline alert is send on project manager web application account and on app installed on mobile phone in informing that following applications completion date have meet kindly check their [login to view URL] application is not completed by an employee, then project manager can assign that same application to different employee.
