Build a Website game

The game we want built is this. A 'rare' is released by us that is an image some text and a few buttons within a container ( like a collectors card) The rare has an issue meaning there are x amount of them available. The rare has a # stating which number of the issue it is. 1/20 is the first rare out of 20. The users can go to a page after we've created the rare and buy it (fastest gets #1 second fastest #2 and so on until the issue is bought out.) Users can then go to a trading page and trade with other users for either; our sites currency ( mycred); or for other rares. Trading requests are made by clicking on rares you'd like to offer in return for what you'd like to receive rares, currency or both. Alternatively users can auction their rares, setting a starting bid, a reserve and time length...selling to users who can bid using site currency. A page would need to be set up for auctions, creating an auction, trading requests, and so on. A rare template would need to be available so i can create the rare (inserting jpeg, editing text and so forth) Anything i might have missed, that is vital to the running of the game. it would then need to be integrated into my website.
