Build an online auction magento with extensions.

Dear freelancer My site is to serve multi user as auction system need to include all Extension that is provided by Magento. While the all extension are available i can dim them until the time I need it. I need the flexibility to redesign the site as i want whenever i need to another as test domain and launch it to the main domain when i am satisfied. Notes: the domain name and the provider Host server are available. Required as below: • simple design as possible • All kind of product categories.
