I need to have a community Job board designed. I would like to be able to sign up two groups as members. BOSSES - They Post the jobs TALENT - They fill the jobs. I would like the job board to be fully automated. I would like the TALENT to be able to post when they are available and then mail the BOSSES every day and let them know who is available. I would also like the BOSSES to post jobs and the TALENT to be notified daily. One example of a job board that I like is [login to view URL];left=HOME I am willing to use templates if they are available to cut costs. Thank you
