I have a jpg of a straightforward website design but need it converted in to a HTML5 / CSS3 / Mobile friendly dreamweaver template. Design includes a menu and slider. I need the menu and page to be kept to HTML/CSS as much as possible, although appreciate slider wont necessarily be. Images will be provided to selected freelancer.
