Convert RadioPublicity.com from WordPress to HTML5

Greetings, I am looking for two things: 1. Someone to convert my existing website ([login to view URL]) from Word Press to HTML5, make it all SSL compliant, optimize it so it loads blazingly fast, and clean up all the crap in it that the original incompetent web designer left in the "back rooms" everywhere (including his other clients databases and passwords [unbelieveable]). I want it to display and work properly on ALL devices and browsers ... desktop and mobile ... and I want it to run clean and return zero errors. Please read the attached PDF for further details. Please do not reply to or bid on this post until you have read the attached PDF thoroughly. 2. I am looking for a web designer to partner with and send A LOT of business to. I will want a percentage ... and we will negotiate that. My clientele base are primarily authors. I have over 10,000 clients already ... and I'm gearing up for a major campaign to bring in a lot more. They ALL need websites or website upgrades (especially when they first come to me), and they usually come to me fairly early in the game. To be clear, I'm not suggesting you're going to get 10,000 clients at once. Those people have already been taken care of. What you're going to get is a continuous stream of new clients as I bring new ones in. I am looking for a website developer who I can build a long term, ongoing, close relationship with. I may well become your primary (and eventually perhaps only) source of leads and new business. I have the potential to keep you very busy and make you a LOT of money. Obviously, you first need to take care of me, and the process of redoing my site will literally be your "partnership application." There are more details in the attached PDF regarding this as well. I have selected the $3,000-$5,000 budget option simply because that's what I foresee the average client job that I will be sending you to be worth. In the case of my own personal site that you'll be redoing for me, I'd like to see a bid a fair bit lower than that ... simply because my site is already done ... and all you'll be doing is converting it and cleaning it up.
