Convert a Template to a Website and create logos

I am looking to buy a template from [url removed, login to view] and use it for my travel agency website. I am looking for someone to use that template and create not only the website but also teach me how to constantly change content on it, insert and edit images, create a shopping basket, include payment solutions, etc, etc.
The agency will be based on 4 aspects
- KeySpot Corporate
- KeySpot Family
- KeySpot Languages
- KeySpot Sport
I want the landing page to have all 4 options visible and when the visitor scrolls over each option, I want the background image to change to something related to that particular option (ie. when scrolling over the KeySpor Sports option, the background changes to one of 4 sporty images through a random script)
The page will be in English but I must have the ability to create additional pages in Spanish and French for different markets.
I need this site up and running in the beginning of May.
