Convert scan to html table

Easy but boring job! I have 5 pages of a brochure that needs converting to a html table. I will supply the pages as a scanned pdf Accuracy has to be PERFECT. Payment via GAF escrow I need the completed work back ideally tomorrow by 6pm GMT - earlier if possible!!!!
