Corporate Website

I need a corporate website designed for my solutions provider company. The site should have I pages for About Us (Vision and Mission, Message from the CEO, Quality Statement), Sectors (Energy Services, Construction Services, Information Technology Services, Industrial Services, Manufacturing Services, Utilities, Educational Services), Careers (Employment Opportunities), Corporate Citizenship (Social Statement, Statement on the Environment, Accountability Statement), Contact Us. The total number of pages will be about 20 pages. This is a new site for a newly formed company. We are starting from ground zero but need to present a Big company look. I will need the full design including most graphics. I already have a logo and a couple of graphics. Overall, I want a warm corporate site. An example of some of the web dynamic graphic presentation would be at [login to view URL] . I really like how you can hover over a somewhat grayed-out image and it becomes full color. We don't need the dynamic logo nor the scrolling newsline, though. Attached is an attempt at another design for the home page. It may give an idea as to the feel we are looking for. I truly need tasteful creativity on the site and want to avoid a "template" feel. Please present a portfolio or, even BETTER, you're initial ideas for the home page layout. I need this site up and running within 4 weeks or less.
