We are looking for a web developer and programmer to create, design and set up a Plug-in of a Test-Quiz on 2 of our websites. The widget/plugin will consist of a self-test which will have 11 questions. The answers to these 11 questions will determine whether the test taker is addicted to alcohol or drugs, and if so how badly. In other words, depending on the answers, the test widget will determine if the test-taker has: 1. No problem 2. Mild problem 3. Moderate problem 4. Severe problem Will need you to create the test in the plugin and then have the widget pull through to our home page with a design theme consistent with our 2 websites.
