Designer for a site ( businesses for sale )

My site is about businesses for sale. I am looking for the best designer who has exceptional skills and the creative eye for design. Other capabilities such as CSS, Joomla, Drupal will be a plus. I need someone who knows contemporary and European standard Aside from having our own websites, we also outsource to our other clients in Europe. Chosen designer will certainly be provided with lots of good projects that will certainly fuel your skills and interest in designing. For the designs, please give me a quote for a set of 5 designs. this is very important. Please submit your portfolio. Do not submit the designs that you did based on the clients's specifications only. Show me designs that actually reflect YOUR style. This is a very important factor that we will consider in choosing you. Show me your best ones. for individual freelancers, 3 samples. for companies, 5-10 samples. Please send me URLs, or the files in zipped folders. Timeliness is very important. If designs are not delivered within your promised schedule, automatic cancellation of the project follows. No extension will be given. There are many who just bid on every project and not read the scope and the specifications. Although skills are very important, I need a designer who actually cares about the project. To know if you actually thought of what you can provide us, please provide me with URLs of at least 2 websites that are also into businesses for sale.
