answer a questionaire about freelance in web design

Hi I have a questionnaire that asks questions about your particular area of expertise as a freelancer. It is designed to provide background information for employers so they can better understand the situation of the freelancer when planning their projects. To make this exercise worthwhile I require well rounded answers written in good English, this should be considered 'an interview with you', I don't need you to research your answers, just write from your own experience.
