building web app that will pull items from HTMl documents and compile a list for the user

Hi, I have reviewed your project description and have also reviewed the provided link of a video .The idea is about the generation of the inspection report where users can create repair/request list and the users would be given the option to review the items where two options "accept as it is" and "add to list" would be displayed to them . If button " accept as it is" is clicked then no change would be made and if button "add to list" is clicked then a request for repair,request and monetary compensation would be given to the users. You want us to develop such system where they can select the items they want to include in a document which can later be downloaded and used. We are confident to accomplish this task successfully but we need to discuss this once so that we can initiate this with a better understanding. We do have good experience in developing web apps .So,technically there would not be a challenge for us. Hello, It wasn't clear what you wanted at the start but after watching the video it all made sense to me. I'm guessing that each Property Inspection Reports you will be uploading are formatted in the same manner. The document to that can be downloaded at the end would be PDF. Question: How will individuals have their own account? Through an open registration or would the admin (you) add these individuals in the admin dashboard?
